Shipping charged is actual shipping , via Registered Mail, Poslaju or Next Day Courier (we use both Kangaroo Courier and Sknet.com.my).
Shipping is done within 24-48 hours of our receipt of payment (except in cases where customization is required, like purchase of snaps or embroidery of zoobies).
We use recycled packaging where possible to reduce waste. If you would like new packaging, gift wrapped packages or to include a card in the package, or to not include any invoice please let us know.
Payment for local Malaysian purchases is accepted via Maybank or HSBC inter-bank transfer or cash deposit.
Payment for international purchases is accepted via Telegraphic Transfer (for large purchases) or Money order / Bank Draft or Paypal (relevant processing fees will be payable as those charged by the bank to us).
